This past weekend I when out to Michigan to meat up with Stazi to get a resonator. Well sixty bux latter I got it and I just had it put on. Man, the car sounds stock, until I get on it. I love it. I'm surprised the resonator does such a good job with the set up I have, Gutted pre-cat's, custom Y-pipe, 2 into one cat and vibrant mufflers, not to mention the extra 500cc displacement. Hopefully we'll have another get together before Christmas so you all can enjoy my silence...

What kind of resonator was it? The one I have is similar to what you describe - stock at low rpm and cruising, but nice when you get into the throttle a bit (Magnaflow 14215).

That is what I have as well. With the Apexi-AFC, I'm just dumping fuel into the 3L so the exhuast pops when it revs down between 3500 to 2000. I don't hear it any more. Magnaflow rocks.....

Get that thing tuned! Running rich will cause oil consumption to rise as well as burn up O2's.

It has been tuned, back in march after I got it on the road. Stazi helped me do it.. The car is running fine.

Thats what I was afraid of. I ran rich for about 10000km's. I had just done the O2's last year but I guess I should look at doing them again. I haven'y done them since I put the headers on. Any idea if the rear bank is any easier now?

Ed I can't make it this weekend becasue I have to drive to Ohio in my car on Saturday(Some of you MI CEGers might see me on the roads since I have to pass through Detroit), hopefully i can come to Whitby the following weekend(if your car is still on the road).
