I wouldn't be surprised if SHO shop closes its doors......we have to admit our cars (including SHOs) are huge aftermarket players, and that is a fact...
When I had my motor built by SHOSHOP back in January, Vadim had said that SHOhsop will eventually dissappear, and while my car was there, the rest of the guys had BMW's and MB's on their racks. And here's a kicker, Tom drives a 540i, and Vadim drives a C32 AMG....Unfortunately, our cars our dead, no money to be made in them. The last Contour was built in 2000, last SHO in '98, and we're in 2004 now. I know Vadim well enough, and I like him, he'll tell me like it is, but it's Tom that I think needs some help with customer relations. Even Vadim told me not to put more money into my Contour and get a BMW, but I like my car and it's paid for, so I went ahead with the 3.0.
Yes, no more aftermarket support for our cars.
