I contacted SP Motorsports to order a y-pipe from them instead. I also told them of my problem. This is their responce.
"We're having the same problem with the SHO Shop. They haven't returned our calls, or shipped us products for about 2 months. They also haven't drop-shippped products directly to our customers as they said they would, althogh they certainly billed us for them. There is a very strong rumor that the SHO Shop is phasing out production of Contour/Cougar and SHO parts as they transform into EVOsport (www.evosport.com), primarily dealing with German cars. I received an email from Tom, the SHO Shop manager the other day saying the rumor isn't true, but one of our SHO customers who lives near there drove down to the shop and said they've replaced the "SHO Shop" sign on the front of the building with the "EVOsport" sign, and I noticed on their web site that EVOsport has the same exact address as the SHO Shop (15608 Graham Street).
