I'll start off that my car has 115,000 miles. Mobil 1 syn oil change every 5k. Complete tune-up at 100k...
Now recently during driving on the highway, at a constant speed, the CEL will come on. Stay on for about 10-20 seconds, then turn off. It would do this randomly. So when I got home I ran the Key On - Engine Off codes. The only thing it came up with was code 551 - Idle Air Control (IAC) circuit failure. Then on Key On - Engine Running code given were: 411 - Cannot Control RPM during KOER low RPM check.
I have had a few instances when the car would stall out sitting at a light, so I would assume this to be the problem with the IAC. But what causes the bogging while accelerating? It tends to go away once I hit the 3850 mark, or whatever the RPM is where the secondaries open up..
So what I ask of you tech guys out there, what are your suggestions or ideas of what is going on here? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

For the bogging, you might want to check your secondary linkage and make sure it is still attached and working. Sounds like you may have one or both secondaries stuck open. On the 95s they are vacuum operated and will rest in the open position when the engine is off. The secondaries should pull shut once the car starts, and then open back up when the revs go over 3800. You can operate the throttle by hand and observe the secondary linkage below the throttle body to see if everything is working OK. The grommets holding the linkage get brittle and break after a long time.

Yea I ahd the same prob with the bogging it is indeed from the secondaries opening incorrectly, I got it fixed and it works fine now, the funny thing is that it didnt decrease performance at all. You would think that it would considering that the sec's arent opening correctly, oh well
