I had a Giant until recently. I loved that bike. It was great! I bought it in 98' and just sold it this year. It was very reliable and built solidly. Only problem I ever had was the shiters. They were grip shifters and they would alway come out of alignment and the gears would be off sometimes. I shoulda just upgraded them, but I was lazy. I going to upgrade to a Gary Fisher or Cannondale. I haven't picked up my new bike yet, but I will come spring time. Right now I'm focusing on learning to ride a motorcycle.
