The square abcd/efgh connector is the low-level output from the stock HU to the stock AMP. From the amp, there is a more rectangular connector which contains the speaker leads into the doors.
If you're bypassing the crap-tory amp, then you don't even need to bother with that connector. I just left it in behind the new HU and kept it connected to the amp (it's a b1tch to get out of the amp).
And remember -- only YOU can prevent Honkeytonk Monkeys. Use a condom.
