Nope - can't do it unfortunately. The sealing of the side feeds to lower manifold is a lot different - there is an "egg shaped" depression on the lower they sit in to.
If you do the swap, you'll have to:
switch to new top feed injectors (the ones on the lower from Chris won't work as they have the oval connector)
get a new fuel rail ($60 for a 98 top feed rail) you'll have to also extend (ie cut and run new fuel injector hose or gas line in the engine bay) the fuel lines about 3-4 inches to reach the new rail.
Fix the 2ndary linkage that Jim mentioned Ray had done.
If you really want a larger lower, it may be easier just to pull your lower and have Brad Hall or a machine shop optimize it for you. I have my old 97 side feed lower just laying around if you'd like to buy it to send out for work, but you'd still have to work the 2ndary linkage as 95 was the only year with vacum 2ndarys.
