They have a somewhat shady reputation. I've read alot of posts like yours on here. Just keep bugging the shite out of them and hopefully someday you will get it.
In the future, I'd deal with SP as far as getting SHO shop parts. They can get pretty much everything SHO shop makes and have never done me wrong.
