well my mechanic found a tranny for me. supposedly in good condition. he quoted me a final price (including labor) of $1600. does that sound about right? also, when the tranny arives (comming from Michigan) is there anything i should suggest he look at (he's a good mechanic but has never worked on a mtx-75 or many tours for that matter) before he puts the tranny in? and no, like i said before, i don't have the money to upgrade the tranny
