Sorry I should clerify better.
Dont know about the header wrap, because I never used it.
But regarding the heat from an aftermarket Y-Pipe.
There is a huge increase in heat if not properly modified.
If mine wasnt Jet Hot Coated I would have wrapped it.
But I also live in CA and the wet weather isnt to bad.
