Thanks for the info. At first I thought it was a tire problem as I had just put on a new set of tires, and figured maybe a belt had let go - did a quick rotation and realized it wasn't the tire. The noise sounded very much like my tire was made of steel, the noise would be worse as we cornered to the right but die off as we cornered left. New bearing fixed all that, cost of $205. - seems reasonable.
