I'm glad you're ok, and I'm glad the homeless guy walked away. This post is rather upsetting though when it comes to peoples value of a machine over a human life. So what if the guy was homeless, he's still human. He walked out in the road, does that mean he was drunk? No. In the summer up here people always walk out, if you have enough people the cars will stop, we call that Cherry Festival rules.
You hit a person, and I know it wasn't your fault and you're upset cause of the damage, but people are treating it like a joke. Perhaps we should all laugh if any of our relatives should happen to be hit by a car. Sorry for the rant, just a pet peeve how people tend to assign different values to human life.

I'll second that. You kinda' take these message replies with a sort of tongue-in-cheek, but I'll agree that the kinds of things that we value sometimes are upsetting.

hmm...so after you swerved to the right, he went to the right, and after you swerved to the left he went to the left... hmm...ever think he maybe he purposely wanted you to hit him, so he could sue your or something. might as well since your homeless, you got nothing to lose.

i agree with u that a human life is worth much more... but im fine and so is he and now that every one is ok im just pissed that my car got jacked up u know... but oh well it needed work any way so i think im ganna sell and see wut i can get for it (any advise is appreciated) and save for an svt of zx3 if i cant get enough for the svt...
NorMich99SE- he was drunk the cops call the hospital where he was before they left.. which was like 1hr after they took the guy... and they said that he was...
beyondloadedse- thats what almost all of the cops said
but oh well wut is done is done right...
oh yea if u see anything u see in the pics u like and want to buy lemme know most of that stuff is for sale i just havnt gone thru it all.. i also have 4 12' subs (2 alpine type e, and 2 imp punches) 2 boxes (1 custom, 1 q logic), 2 amps (1 cheap boss 1200watt, 1 fosgate 250)

blueoval- no worries, my comments weren't directed at you. Weren't really directed at anyone in particular (even though I quoted kremit). I know a lot of it is just joking around. Theres just still that certain somehting that hits a nerve ya know. Like I said I'm glad you're ok and that the homeless guy is as well, and I udnerstand why you'd be pretty ticked about your car.
