I'm glad you're ok, and I'm glad the homeless guy walked away. This post is rather upsetting though when it comes to peoples value of a machine over a human life. So what if the guy was homeless, he's still human. He walked out in the road, does that mean he was drunk? No. In the summer up here people always walk out, if you have enough people the cars will stop, we call that Cherry Festival rules.
You hit a person, and I know it wasn't your fault and you're upset cause of the damage, but people are treating it like a joke. Perhaps we should all laugh if any of our relatives should happen to be hit by a car. Sorry for the rant, just a pet peeve how people tend to assign different values to human life.
