I thought that the movie was pretty good until the ending. The Zion scene was really amazing. I thought that the fight scene with Neo and Smith was much better then in Reloaded. However at the end it seemed that they let too much go for another round. Though a great deal was answered, most of what I thought would happen didn't. Spoilers. . . .
ie there wasn't a dual matrix, the machines weren't goign to be defeated and what the hell happened to the mainframe going nuclear?

I went to see it tonight too. I thought it was a pretty good movie. I didn't really like the way it ended though. Alot of questions didn't get answered. Is Neo dead or what? And what was the end all about with The Architect and the oracle, didn't really understand it. The way it ended made me think that there is goin to be another, but that aint happening. It defanetly aint as good as the first two.

neo is supposed to be alive the architect is allowing people to freely leave the matrix the machines are now in peace with the humans and there is rumor of a fourth one...but i would be about 30 minutes long for it to be good...all that would be about is the new worlds...but the best thing i heard was that they want to do a 4th one where the humans attack inside and oustide the matrix to defeat the machines indefinitely...but that wont happen either...anyways, the movie itself was good, just badly directed

I didn't even know the movie was out yet until I saw this post! Either way, I wasted my time and money going to see the second one at the theater, and I'm not going to make that mistake again! I'll just wait for the video release, if I even bother watching it at all...
They should have just left it alone after the first movie.

I liked it. I understood that the first one would be best, so I'm not dissappointed. I think some people look too deep into it.
On a side note, I thought the preview for The Day After Tomorrow looked cool. Don't know about the story line or anything, but seeing NYC going under water was neato. hehe.
