If you have a 4-cyl then the vibration is pretty much inherent with the Zetec. Not much one can do about it. Mobil 1 and some good plugs can help, but it'll still be noticable.
Of course, "bad" here is kind of subjective. It could be, actually, really bad and fixable. But some heavier-than-normal vibration is the norm with a Zetec 'Tour.
You want to hear a bar vibration drive my car. After like 15 seconds after being stopped the whole damn dash is rattleing, the steering wheel shakes like you wouldnt believe, the CDs and [censored] are falling off the dash because it is shaking so hard. If you put a vent control on the hell you better look out, the engine revs down then up then down then up then down the up.
