I don't think those are it. I don't seem to have any of the things listed. Mabye it is because mine is a 99?

List of things broken so far! Speaker Grille- Driver's side! Possibly the little panel that goes over the power mirror relay! 1 Tiny hole in leather by window!

Argg! [censored] impossible to access speakers!

*edit* found some instructions at http://www.carstereohelp.com/stereoremovalFordContourFSpkR.htm

Now i just need to get that door handle guard off without completly destroying the vinal trim

To remove the door handle trim, I wedged a plastic spatula in there. Then grabs a flat head and podded it out while getting an opening as wide as possible with the pancake flipper. Works well.

Ok. I Can get doors off now! Yay!

Now. On to the actual wiring. Err.. Yay?

These Kappas are getting in that door, and working. Today.

Am i going to need an adaptor for these to fit in with factory wiring?

*edit* I guess i need to know which wire is the negative and the positive in the door wiring.
Got Brown/Yellow White/Black in one door
And Brown/Red White/Red in the other

Those should be the exact same master sheets you recieved. Mines a 99 also and I scanned them right after I recieved them.

God, I feel like one of those cool people with a really cool how-to that every one follows. I wish it was really mine though and didn't have to give crutchfield all the credit!!!

Bend one prong of a fork forward so it's separated from the others and kinda 90 degree angled. On the underside of the door pull there are two holes, just insert the bent prong and push the insert out from the inside. Kinda hard to explain but you it should make sense when you go do it.

Left Front (+) White/Black
Left Front (-) Brown/Yellow
Right Front (+) White/Red
Right Front (-) Brown/Yellow
Left Rear (+) White/Purple
Left Rear (-) Brown/White
Right Rear (+) White/Purple
Right Rear (-) Brown/White

i got these off another site. but i have the correct coloring if these dont work. fly, just pm me for the info. and like i pm'ed u, make sure the tweet/woofer connections r right. run the stock wiring to the single in on the passive crossover then the two outs to the kappas. i even wrapped the crossover in a plastic bag and taped up the ends to protect it then zip tied it to the inside of the door down near the back of the door pocket hole. so basically the brown colored wire is neg and the colored is pos. if your putting in a new hu then the colors will be needed to connect to the hu harness.
