My OEM front rotors were glazed and warped when I changed them around 30k. They had been glazed for a long time and I even sanded the faces twice before that.
All four pads had plenty of wear left. The rear rotors looked nearly new. (Matter of fact I kept the rear pads and rotors

I replaced everything with Autospecialty rotors and Bendix titanium pads through Stazi.
10k miles since with no fade, no warp, no dust, just awesome predictable braking. (VERY unlike stock!)
