I just talked to John and he said that he cannot send a 15" sub to a canadian who claims to be the smartest person in the world. He thinks that being the devious cnauck you are, you will copy his design and make some kind of improvement, like adding blinker fluid to it, and steal all his profits.

You could try to market it as an alternative fuel source to the upper management at Lada.

I knew we shouldn't have listened to you! Now we have to be jiggolos and the only chicks ugly guys like us can get are moose... this is all your fault

I think I want to go the two 12 route. Are the Shiva's DVC? Cause basically my amp is 500x1 bridged, 175x2 at four ohms or 225x2 into two ohms. If they are DVC I would make it a 2 ohm load and if not, i would bridge the amp.

You can get the Lambda PL in a 12" size. They are better than the Shiva. I think they go for $179 a piece. Are you sure you con't want to go the two 15" route? only $40 more

Wire the coils in parallel, then each speaker in parallel and you'll want to bridge your amp for 225w into the ohm effective load. You might want to check out the Stryke SAE 12" as they are 2 for $199 with about the same specs, but a little 300w power handling instead of 600w.

You're amp would give the Shiva 500w. I would say to get one Shiva or one Dayton DVC 12 (Shiva Clone) because it may save you shipping.
