the only reason my is for sale is because i am a dealer and this is what i do for a living. sure will miss it when it is gone. i will just get another one from the ford motor credit auction and drive it till someone buys it or i may buy a focus zx3. really did like the way that car drives. till then, i will always have a zx2 or regular contique on the lot to drive. it is great to be a car dealer!!!!!!!!

Keeping it for a good while as it a very fun car to drive. Bought it new to replace a nearly 15 year old Chevette I drove (not fun). The first weekend of this month we took delivery on a loaded 3.0L Duratec Taurus wagon for my wife to replace a nearly 10 year old Escort wagon. As you can see we keep our vehicles for a good while anyway and the ones we have now are major upgrades from what we drove. BTW the Taurus wagon is a very nice car with all the amenities and the 3.0L Duratec gets that car going pretty well. It lacks a bit in the handling but it is a soft, cushy ride which she wanted.

Yes i still check out other cars (mostly euros) the 3 series, passats, thinking of the mazda 6, the U.S. mondeo (haha), the prototype ford 500, is300, a4. My requirement: 4 doors, mtx. alot of cars gets eliminated cuz of this. there isn't another car on the market (msrp) that will give me the 4 door mtx euro rooted 2.5l 200hp sleeper w/ smooth lines. to me this is an amazing starting point to tune a car (although a 500 dollar chip, exhaust and intake for a 1.8t will smoke us). i can use the extra 10000 bucks i saved (more actually since i bought used) vs a euro and do the exhaust, intake, 3l, and turbo kit and smoke the hell out of these other cars while driving a sleeper. yes they can drop 10000 to tune their car but the ratio price wise stays the same. I'm looking forward to tuning my car and having people wonder what the hell it is. come on, with any luck and proper tuning and install of 3l and turbo(hopefully) along w/ other "standard" mods, i'm looking for 350-370hp at the crank. altima, maxima can u say bye, bye and your ugly.
make the new m3 a sedan and i'll consider it. otherwise, s4 is the way to go.
What i'm saying is i love my car and look forward to future meets and making it to springzing and nationals at least once in the upcoming years.
...and yes, I did SEARCH first before asking.

I only just rolled over 48,000 on the clock, plus my wife's vehicle won't be paid off for two years, plus I love my SVT, so it's not going anywhere just yet. I've "bonded" with this car more than I have with any other. This, despite an impending move to Denver that has me really lusting after a WRX!

I'm keepin' mine! Although I'd love to get the Ford 49. The only problem with that is that it's made by Fraud.
The SVT & I are going to be together for quite a while.
