Seriously, do you have a stock head or is it port and polished cause from what I hear the stock zetec heads flow like crap and a good P&P job will do wonders for flow.
So if you're gonna change the head gasket that'd be the time to do it. Also if the head is milled to raise compression, watch out with the nitrous. Make sure you have something to pull timing or it go boom.
But if the head is P&P and with those mods you could have an easy 140-150whp without nitrous.

i need something else, but not cams...cause in feburary turbo tom is turbing her
OK so now we have power, yes if head is not already prepped, port and polish the heads. How radical are the cams you are putting in? This is an idea as well. Now that you have this power, how do you plan to make it stick? Are you planning tranny upgrades? Quaife or Torsen is a must. You should think about bulldogging your tranny if you have an MTX and if you have an ATX I would suggest getting in touch with some of the guys in the tranny forums specifically Unisys12. How bout CV joints and beefed up axles? What about motor mounts? How bout more poly? Suspension is gonna need some beefing so be thinking about this. Optimized TB? MAF? ZX2? How bout new intake manifold from JG Edlebrock? Feel like getting radical? Get your head extrude honed. Also do the same for the JG (if it fits) intake. With the turbo set-up, you are going for bigger injectors right? How bout Dyno seat time? Save some money for a chip reflash should your dyno results come up off the mark. Engine management? Coming with turbo? Gauges to watch boost, fuel pressure, etc etc. What about stroker motor? Rememer that you dont wanna increase compression ratios. You just want to increase volume. Make it a bigger motor.
Have fun...wish I had the money you do.

yeah man a port and polish would be good. With extra power you'll definitly need fuel power and comuter chips with remapped everything. You seem to know already what to do can wait for myself to do all the same things. What do you plan on doing with the car after I want to turn mine into full race car.Have fun let us know the results.

great suggestions!!
first off we are not going to p&p this head(yet)..we just wanna get it custom fittd inside the engine bay first. And the machine shop claims the zetec doesnt gain as much as my spi did.On the transimission idea, i have an ATX and will keep it!!!mtx is for low torque cars, in general. You have a website for this transmissions, i am wanting one that is bullet proof, because with 360whp i dont beleive the stock one will hold up . Does eldlebrock make an intake manifold for this car???if so you got a link?and everything else, gauges, dyno time, chips custom burn, injectors comes with the 5500 dollar turbo kit

I'm not seeing how the atx will benefit you...
Unless you're getting some built up sweet transmission that [censored] faster than any person could ever shift and redlines every gear.

Turbo tom is/has put an atx in his focus in place of a mtx. FWD and lots of power need something special to put down the power, which a built ATX can do.

and atx is alot, alot more accurate and repetive each and every time....i dont wanna miss a gear, or shift too late or early, or something else happen and loose all my money. Besides mtx are overrated and mainly hyped by low torque imports
