I would believe the 1989 vs. 1996 because it was old looking. It was auto from what I could see looking in. The first gear was killer. It just killed the guy in the GTP.
I raced him during midnight madness(run what you brung)at the Maryland International Raceway. He did about three runs and then left. Oh, I forgot to mention he didn't want anybody looking under the hood either. Definitely had something to hide. True car enthusiast to me don't do things like that.
