Ok so I just got my bat susp kit today and can't wait to get it all on the car. But I do have a question concerning the installation. I've been reading the how-to for the spring/strut replacement and I'm a little confused about
line 15 of the rear process in the how-to. It says to remove the anit-squeak rubber/plastic sleeves from the old springs and mount them on the new springs. Ok. sounds simple enough right? Well the bat springs came w/ a length of heater hose that fits fairly snug on the bottom of the springs. Does this stay on or does it come off?? I'm confused as it talks about the anti-squeak sleeves in the how-to. Is this hose on the new springs supposed to stay on as the anti-squeak sleeve???
I know it sounds stupid but I just want to make sure. tia
