ill do my best to explain, and if im wrong, someone correct me
a lightning cap stores power and allows that power to be charged and discharged rapidly over and over.....i've always heard that a one farad cap is good for a 1000 watt stereo system, but thats not golden rule....
also do you you need one? do you have a stereo system with subs or other amps?
