Wrong answer. The Cougar uses the SVT rotor with the "regular" caliper. If you find an SVT-caliper specific pad, it probably won't fit.
But since you work there, why not just order them and see if they fit? It's not like you'll have to explain to someone why you are returning them. 
Most people here are happy with the Bendix Titanium pads. You might be better off looking for those from your supplier.
