The '01 block was my donor for my hybrid- You'll need to grind off the mounting boss on the left side (looking as you're looking in the picture) of the block to have the alternator bracket bolt on. Your oil pan and draw tube should be identical to your SVT- My '01 didn't need the oil pan or the draw tube for the pump swapped. They were identical, but it would probably be best to check it out regardless. I can post pics of mine if you'd like for comparison.

Also, you'll need to press out the crank pilot bearing. Cutting it off or grinding it down never sat too well with me...

Your cams should work, your manifolds WILL NOT. The '01 is an oval-port design. You'll need to use the included upper and lower and the injectors from this motor.
