Never thought I'd be giving David advice.
You'll be the first to try this swap so my ears are perked! I'm guessing you'll have to swap the timing cover due to the change in the cam sensors. Look at a 2.5 to see the difference. The 2.5 oil pan/pick up tube will need to be swapped in as well. I'm guessing it will be about the same as a Taurus swap. I'm doing a full 2001 swap right now including the Taurus IM. Need to mod the fuel rail (braze 2.5 and 3L together), EGR tube (braze together as well), IAC might tough the hood a little as well), notch off two ears to get the alt. on. Holes should be there though. Not as easy as a hybrid.
