I might be happy if I didn't kind of like the Yankees, if the fish hadn't beat the Cubs, and if the fish hadn't beat the Indians 6 years ago (and yes, I hold grudges  ) GO Cubs in '04

Seeing how I work at a newspaper, here was my suggested headline for the world series: "Marlins win in six, no one gives a sh*t" As far as I'm concerned, everybody lost with this crappy matchup.

So this means stupid fricking baseball is over for the year, finally? I get back 2-3 hours of sports radio that was being hogged up by fricking Yankees games almost every night. Glad they lost; wasn't rooting for the Marlins just against the Yankees.  Scott

anyway, I come out happy every year the Yankees lose.
Personally I like to go for the underdog so whoever was expected to lose, I'm happy to see them win.
yea i'm also pissed about the Marlins beating the Indians in their last World Series, that was my team  eh well...
