i believe they are talking about the one that is up on the dash, to the right of the instrument cluster/steering wheel. Not the center column. I keep bolts for my backseat in it. good thing my car isn't fast enough to send them flying, those Star Driverâ?¢ screws/bolts are pretty big and would probably break a whole in my back window lol.
