I am istalling a 2ch amp for the 6x8's in the front of the car. Now I have a couple of questions. I am running 4 awg to the distribution block and putting it in the trunk.

1) Should I put the amp for the front speakers in the trunk and run the speaker wire to the front of the car or should I put the amp under the front seat and run power wire to it from the trunk?(The distribution block has to go in the trunk, I don't have a lot of extra 8 awg right now.

2) I have 1" tweeters in the front of the car. Should I Leave them hooked up with the 6x8's and power them by the amp or should I just hook them up to the HU?

you hve almost the same exact set up as me. I have a D block in the back with 4 in and 2 8's out one goes to the sub amp and one goes to a 2 channel amp under the front seat. I ran the power wire under the seat and then under the carpet to the amp. I then have the amp running to a crossover in my door which then runs to my midbass and tweet

That is exactly what I wanted to do. How hard was it to run the power wire under the seat and carpet?
