Helps if you specify priorities other than price. If it's only price, Pep Boys will sell you "tires" that'll fit for less than $40 each probably.
Noise, smooth ride, responsive handling, long life, quality, wet/snow traction. These are all considerations when buying tires, and many more too.
At $60 each you're not looking at high performance rubber. You could probably get a set of Kuhmo 712s for that though, which crudely approximate performance tires. They're on my SVT as I type.
