Careful what you wish for.. When I was in my early 20s, I got really sick, and dropped from 200lbs down to 110lbs.. I'm 6'2", so you could only imagine! I finally stabalized at around 140lbs, and weighed that for about 3-4 years. Then the perks of a travel stipend did me in, and I managed to blimp up to 190lbs in a matter of years. I've been working out for about 2 months now, and dropped to 185lbs, but lost alot of fat and gained alot of muscle in the process.

I'm planning on going pretty hardcore this winter, and hope to be around 10-12% bodyfat by year's end. The hard part is avoiding the bad foods.
