Ive got a trainer friend helping me out.Ive gained 20 pounds in this short time.Im 6'0" and getting ready yo hit 30 years young!I started out weighing just 136lbs
Now Im up to 157+!! My goal is 165 by Christmas.
I feel really good,too.
Eating alot and taking CELL-TECH!

Pictures were taken on the 6th of each month.
July,august and september....



October,Dont mind the boxers or the red eyes.I was just about to go to bed and forgot to put on my shorts....

It's funny to see this because I do the same thing. One thing I would recommend is to work out your lats. This will give you a v-shape torso. Check here to see what I mean: http://ksks.essortment.com/latissimusdorsi_rbfm.htm

Must be nice to have to work to GAIN weight. You obviously don't have a desk job.

Actually Im working everything from head to toe.
Just some things are showing up faster than others.We spend an our to an hour and a half EVERY DAY in the gym.Each day working a different part of the body.

Hmmm, I think this is the first time I've ever encouraged someone when they wanted to GAIN weight!

Careful what you wish for.. When I was in my early 20s, I got really sick, and dropped from 200lbs down to 110lbs.. I'm 6'2", so you could only imagine! I finally stabalized at around 140lbs, and weighed that for about 3-4 years. Then the perks of a travel stipend did me in, and I managed to blimp up to 190lbs in a matter of years. I've been working out for about 2 months now, and dropped to 185lbs, but lost alot of fat and gained alot of muscle in the process.

I'm planning on going pretty hardcore this winter, and hope to be around 10-12% bodyfat by year's end. The hard part is avoiding the bad foods.
