And once you decide no longer to keep your business with them, they more than likely won't care, either. If you decide to keep your business with them, inform a General Manager about it and more than likely he'll probably either give you a better deal on your vehicle or a better appraised value on your trade. If you want an idea of what your car books to know whether or not you're getting screwed around (and believe me, used car dogs love to hold on trades and underbook cars--it's how they make their front end gross) give me some information about the vehicle (make, model, year, mileage, condition, interior, transmission) and I'll give you a few ballpark figures to swear by.
