IMHO Ford is finally DOING their homework and I'm happy. 
BTW, what are you talking about ? Cobra's cost far, far more than Z28's did when they were new. With the money you saved, you could do mods to the car that would put it far beyond the reach of even some heavily modified supercharged Cobra's. Have you ever watched a supercharged LS1 take off ?
Corvette all the way, my friend  But again I feel the need to point out Ford's obvious advantages over GM: interior, handling, and design. But come on.. these engines need longer wangs, not bigger balls.
