Dude, you can come to my house on sunday and I'll help you put in the DMD. I'm waiting for my new pistons so I'm at a stoping point on my car right now. We can meet up at a resturant on Randall road by my house and scoot to my crib. PM me to set up the little things. Brandon

sounds good i will PM you soon, also my car died yesterday twice on the way home... and YES the clutch was completeley depressed. and i was hearing that noise you guys are referring to as "the moosing" is this what made my car die? i shut of the heater and drove my cold ass home yesterday without any problem after the first two times it died. anyway i still dont have the DMD yet hopefully it will come in soon. thanks again brandon, oh by the way where do i get the cap to fix the "moosing noise"? is it found at any hardware store? i will check tonight if i have some free time otherwise i will have to pick one up Sunday Brandon.
thanks again Andy

ok the part # that i got for the DMD from this site is 1S7Z-6312-CA, and the part # that ford sent me is a F7RZ63166AA.
whats up with this? did they get me the right part? and if so why the difference in part #'s they also said it wasnt a DMD it was just a vibration damper.... ???
has anyone heard of this? Brandon let me know if you think that will work. im going to call Ford back now and double check with them...
thanks ANDY
For reference (use only the second one for ordering):
1S7E-6316-CA is the DMD Ford Engineering part number
this is for teh 2.5 according to ford....
1S7Z-6312-CA is the DMD Ford N. America Service part number
this one is for teh 2.0 according to ford...
F7R7-6316-AA is the stock pulley part number (non-DMD)
what the hell does non DMD mean? these guys at ford suck ass.. i asked for a frigin DMD and this is what i get the STOCK pulley??? and the bolt is $83.48 not $2.56 can someone tell me what the hell i did wrong? or maybe who they talked to and what the asked for? im f'n pissed now.

Yeah the frigin Ford dealer accused me of trying to modify my stock "Dayly driver" and said im trying to get a lighter crank pully... i told him the resason im trying to upgrade is because the old stock pully is too light and createts crank whip, and he was like "come on they dont do that....
anyway yeah they are going to fix the frigin $89 bolt that should have come in as $3.50 but still i dont want the stock pully.... anyway yeah i also called mazda and they havent the slightest clue what a DMD is! soooo i dunny i have the IAC valve from ford and hopefully it cures my stall and moosing noise...
thanks
