Good thing they have rules against smoking. That stuff will kill you.

This whole concept is insane! They think this is safer because the users won't get beat up for their drugs. The desperate user only beats up other users in alleys because that's where they know they can find the stuff. There's nothing to keep the desperate user from entering this "safe" house to do the same. It's desperation and not the alley that drives the hooked loser, excuse me, user to beat up another person for their stash. I cannot believe this concept is even considered much less actually brought to fruition. This is maddening!
