i was just wondering if the focus zetec engine will fit into a 96 contour? cuz i blew the tranny in my tour and its been sitting in my driveway for 6months now and i have the oppurtunity to get a 2001 focus engine and tranny.

im thinkin it will work, especially if i keep the motor mounts and stuff but i dunno. any ideas??

96 Contour GL I4 hasnt been on the road for a year, tranny problems. nuf said
