Even though svt cams are not ideal, I still think there a better option than the SE. The cougars that dynoed didn't show the power gain that the SVT did. Even though they are running 9:1 compression stock, I dont't think the one point factored to much in the power difference (even though Keysers was dynoed w/ higher octane ).IMO. But still good luck, you will be making plenty of power anyways




No, the cougars/contour 2.5L duratecs are running 9.7:1 stock!!!!!!
This means only .3 difference.

The SVT motors work better from the breathing capability and some other factors.
