there are ups and downs to legalizing it. i think the only reason they havent legalized it in the first place is cause the government cant tax the illegal part of the "marijuana market" it if it was legal. look at tobacoo. the government makes tons of cash from taxing tobacoo so they keep it in stores. i think whatever people want to do to there body's is there own business its there own choice to get high. no one ever forced me to get high, i did it cause i wanted to. the only thing that concerns me and has always concerned me about any type of drugs or alcahol is the lack of responsibility. we all know people are going to do stupid things while drunk or high. i honestly think cigarettes should be banned. i work ina hospital and i see patients sick as hell that cant wait to go outside for a smoke. you know its bad when doctors that tell you its bad are smoking.
