I most deffinitly think it shuold be legalized but heavily regulated,taxed, and whatever else they can think of....
it's not a gateway drug if you care about yourself and know the hazards of everything else.. I've been smoking for awhile now, I have been around ALOT of other drugs in my young life, and have done a few but I've never blown anything up my nose or injected myself w/anything, because if your stupid enough to not see or hear about how drugs can f..k up you life these days, than you deserve to be on the bottom of the food chain......
I have recently quit smoking because it does make you lazy, it does make you content with doing nothing with your life..and you can easily waste away all your $$$$$ money on it..but i still support it.....
I have known Geniouses who smoke and morons who don't touch drugs and if you can't control yourself than maybe you need help somewhere else....
