Well I say legalize it. I smoke about 1-2 times a week for fun and relaxation. As far as "burned out brain" goes, you must be picturing everyone who smokes pot as another "Spicolli" when that is not the case. Hell, looking at my w-2 from last year it seems that this "burned out brained" 23 year old pot-head cleared $62K last year. Maybe if you had a personel experience with it I would actually give your point a chance, but seeing as it seems you are basing your argument on stereotypes it doesn't really mean that much to me.
