technically yes, for the Zetec it doesn't matter since it is a I-4, the Duratec is DOHC engine meaning each cyclinder has two cams above it
Or you could say that it has 2 camshafts per bank of cylinders. Overall the duratec has 4 cams, but it's not tagged as "QOHC," although i have seen some engines badged as "quad cam."
