Taking it out of the tour tommarrow. Opening it up and replacing brushes from O'Reilly. $7.49/set. I will also use CNC electro cleaner to clean other internal alternator parts. I mean as soon as I cleaned it the first time, I got alot of original stock power back. Any contaminants on the brushes, and the lights and power dims. Since the alternator on Duratecs are closest to the ground, dirt and other contaminants enter the alternator through the cooling slots and build up over time alot easier!
