Oh boy, i agree with sandman on this one. She deserved to be slapped stupid. The only way McDonalds should have been liable is if a worker went into her car and physically dumped the coffee onto her lap. The problem with our society is that no one takes responsibility for their own actions. Its always someonelses fault. Then greedy lawyers get into it. If you are smart enough to know that coffee is HOT, than you have bigger problems. I can't believe anyone would stand up for this biotch. Just my two cents worth...
