You can't sue the government unless they allow you to. There is a law that gives them protection

Who says that's a good cop? That is a MAJOR issue in my opinion. Some mistakes are terminable offenses and in my book that constitutes one of them.




If I was a cop and knew that your logic was going to be applied to me I would be a lot more likely to stage a break in and make it look like my gun was stolen.
