I think he and all his co-workers will learn from it and he shouldn't be fired. I know cops that haven't been fired when they've been involved in worse things like suspected drug use/dealing and alledged DUI, neither case could be proven so they kept their jobs, but their names have been tarnished, which is enough punishment.
