Why would somebody need a history of this to be guilty of it? How do you think people get that history?
As for Kobe not having a hard time getting laid... think about it like this. His ego is inflated ten fold, and he's some little whinny girl that refuses to sleep with him?!?! Well, he'll just have his way with her because she's nothing, and he's everything. hmmm....
