Neither is more injust than the other. What if some man raped your daughter? or someone accused your son of raping her? Its like a suspected child molester, would i rather have an innocent man in jail if there was a chance that he really wasnt innocent and would go rape little kids then Probably. No one knows what happened but them she has a right to ACCUSE him if she thinks he did something wrong. She isnt the one whos CONVICTING HIM. Shes telling her side I believe everyone has a right to that. Like I said In other countries he would have been executed with out a trial.



I agree with you on some of the things you say but I think the point some others are trying to make is waht if she ISN'T telling her side but A LIE?

I don't think Kobe did it but I don't know and haven't seen all the evidence so I guess we'll see but what I do find sad is this:

There are so many woman that do lie about this stuff in order to get money from a superstar athlete, singer etc. that these days when something like this happens to a famous person everyone almost HAS to stop for a second and wonder if this is just another lying gold digger. Rape is a serious thing and it's just sad that so many gold digging bitc-es have made it that much harder for women who have ACTUALLY been raped to get justice. I do think a lot of people are giving Kobe the benefit of the doubt because he has a reputation as being a genuine and respectful person that most don't beleive he could do this. I guess the truth remains to be seen.
