What about the women who dont lie about this stuff? What about the nasty pieces of [censored] that rape women everyday? A lot of guilty men are still out of jail and doing it to women. I dont look at it from her side or kobes side. I look at it from the familys sides. Think about their parents. Some jerk puts his hands on my daughter damn right I'd want her to do something about it. On the other side someone accuses my son I'd give him the benefit of the doubt but wonder if my parenting went wrong somewhere. Hopefully justice is served. Innocent or guilty she has a right to accuse him if she believes something really happened. If you dont like it well this is america TOO DAMN BAD. In other countries He would have been killed without a trial.



Well, I can see where your coming from linabby. I know 2 women who have been raped, 1 was my ex. It happened after I broke up with her. The way they reacted and delt with the situation was basiclly the complete opposite of what Kobe's accuser did imediatly following the alleged rape.

But on the same token I also see it from 18psi's point as 1 girl in my high school and 2 girls at my college tried to cry rape when in fact it was not. They were all eventually found out by the inconsistacies in their stories. Most of which seems really close to the holes that are popping up in Kobe's accuser's story.
Also I have my doubts as to what she's saying and what actually happened.

Disclaimer: the following is just my personel opinion.

Do you really think Kobe would have to rape someone to get laid? He can walk down the street and have just about any girl he wanted. I seriouslly doubt he would risk his carrer or lifestyle by raping some random not too good looking girl.
