What this means: even if she was some low down skank, jumping on anyone with a pulse, doesn't mean that she consented to sex with Kobe. Therefore her sexual history can't be made relevant to Kobe's defense. I'm sure Kobe's lawyers would disagree with me, but the fact that she consented to sex with other men doesn't prove that she consented to sex with Kobe. End of story.
